STEP 2
Receive Guarantor List & Assigned Case Manager: After we receive your second chance housing inquiry you will be immediately assigned a personal case manager to help you through the entire process from start to finish. Your case manager will call you to discuss your housing options or communicate with you through e-mail. Our general customer service department is open Hours of Operation- Monday-Saturday 9am to 10pm EST

STEP 3
Tour Housing Options: Tour your selected housing choices, then let us know which one to apply to on your behalf. Your case manager will apply on your behalf, and you will be immediately informed when we get the approval. The only standard requirement is you must have provable income, can reasonably afford the monthly rent, and pass a criminal background check.
